Kitesurfspot has the intellectual property rights to the content of this website and all (free) products and services. Personal data of minors
Kitesurfspot does not intend to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. Unfortunately, Kitesurfspot cannot check if a visitor is older than 16 years. That is why Kitesurfspot recommends parents of children under the age of 16 to be actively involved in their children’s online activities. This is to prevent the collection of data about their children, without parental consent. If it is suspected that Kitesurfspot has collected the personal data of a child under the age of 16 without permission, please contact email@example.com. How is your data used?
The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:
- First name, last name, e-mail address is used by Kitesurfspot for sending commercial mailings, newsletters, sending requested free downloads, sending free online documents and retargeting for Facebook advertisements. This is only done with the data obtained by downloading free documents, requesting free services. This does not happen with information that has arrived via our contact forms.
- First name, last name, e-mail address, company name, business address, VAT number (only for Belgian customers) and telephone number are data that are stored when purchasing a product or service.
Kitesurfspot uses the data provided by you to process the orders as quickly and easily as possible. Kitesurfspot will not sell and / or provide your information to third parties. The data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing the order.
When paying for a product and / or service, this information is stored in the Viking online boekingssysteem and is also used to be able to draw up a correct invoice by using. Moneybird, which is automatically sent to the specified e-mail address after the purchase.
Kitesurfspot always uses a secure payment environment for this. The payment data is processed by our Payment Service Provider Mollie. Kitesurfspot does not have access to this. The order data is also stored in Mailchimp so that the ordered products and services can be handled correctly and the correct mailings are received about this. Please note that both Viking booking system, Moneybird, Mollie and Mailchimp use their own terms and conditions and privacy statement.
The data that we store for this are:

If Kitesurfspot wants to inform you about the order or provide changed information about your training / course at the last minute, we will also do this by telephone at certain times.

- IP addresses
The IP address is stored when you place the order to recognize abuse upon payment. If a transaction starts and is not completed, the transaction data (name, address, e-mail and IP) will be deleted from the server at the end of this month.
Share with third parties
Kitesurfspot only shares your personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the execution of the services (such as administration, customer service and technical support) or to comply with any legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process the data on our behalf that complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. With this, Kitesurfspot ensures the same level of security and confidentiality of the data.

Kitesurfspot uses the information you provide to make the requested process as fast and easy as possible. Kitesurfspot will not sell and / or provide your information to third parties. The data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in processing the order.
On www.kitesurfspot.nl use is made of the Facebook pixel, which collects data for Facebook advertising. The e-mail address, first name, telephone number and behavior on the website can be shared with Facebook to create a customized target group for Facebook advertising. The personal data is stored in the email system of Kitesurfspot and this goes through the servers of Mailchimp.
